Effective 29 August 2026. This notice explains how APP51, Corp. uses personal information in Satao.

What Satao stores

Satao may store conversation details, relationship context, commitments, deadlines, introductions, follow-ups, decisions, and unresolved questions that you provide or authorize it to process.

Investor pilot requests

If you request the investor pilot, Satao stores the name, work email, fund or firm, role, meeting-volume band, recap source, and closed campaign entry path you submit. These details are stored privately in Supabase and used only to review the request and send one manual reply. The form does not connect a source, import contacts, send a message, or add anyone to a marketing list. Website analytics receive only closed campaign labels and never any value typed into the form.

How Satao uses information

Satao uses this information to maintain private relationship memory and follow-through for you. It does not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Connected services

This version requests no Gmail scope of any kind and cannot read email.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained only as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, and maintain the private memory you asked Satao to keep. You may ask Satao to delete your account and associated information through the conversation.
